Returns & Shipping
Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to Golden Arrow on the Golden Arrow website. The Buyer may Return a product only if the following situations arise:
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Products was / were missing
- Wrong item was sent by the Seller
You can return your purchase within 10 days of the product being delivered by sending us an email to email@example.com with your Order #. You will need to ensure that the item reaches us safely, intact with all its seals and trappings (boxes, bags, tags, stickers etc.). Please retain a copy of the invoice and send the original invoice with the item. On inspecting the returned item, we will process refund for the products returned. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund. The package must be sent via a prepaid, insured and trackable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. The delivery is to be made to the registered office address as mentioned herein below.

No returns will be accepted for International shipments. A refund of the product value may be processed in such a case after providing proof of damage or defect. International shipping fees are non-refundable. Personalized products will be liable for only 50% refund of the product value.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 4500 within India unless mentioned otherwise on the checkout page. The above mentioned shipping costs are not valid for international shipments. International shipping fees are chargeable at a flat rate of 25 USD. All orders are shipped by a reputed shipping company. If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order by registered speed post.

Note: Our courier partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver the product(s). If they fail on each account for whatever reason, the package will be returned to us. To have us ship the order again, an extra shipping fee will be charged. This fee is not negotiable and we urge The Buyer to be available for the delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances.

Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by sending us an email with your Order #. Your entire order amount will be refunded if it meets our cancellation conditions. An order cannot be cancelled once it has already been dispatched. In case you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, an amount between Rs. 100 - Rs. 400 will be deducted as shipping fees, depending on the value and size of the package.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund, and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. You will be notified of the initiation of the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Golden Arrow. No return is applicable on international orders (outside India).
Do note, no refunds will be issued for custom/customized orders.
